Annual Reunion 2010

The 15th Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held in the Picture Room of the Mansion in Brockwell Park, Lambeth on Sunday 9th May 2010.
We will aim to be there by 10.30am so there will be an opportunity to have some time to exchange Brockwell information before the AGM commences at 12 noon.
After the AGM we will be able to remain in the room until 5.00pm to continue our informal discussions. We will bring as many of the archives as we can carry!

Location and Access

The Park is located in South Lambeth. The nearest railway station is Herne Hill which has a half-hourly service from both Victoria and Kings Cross Thameslink. The station is close to the north-east (Herne Hill) gate of the park, from which a path leads uphill to the Mansion. Several bus routes pass the Park entrance, these being 3, 37, 68, 196, 322, and 468. The most useful of these is probably the No.68 from Euston and Waterloo which runs about every 15 minutes, the journey from Euston taking about 45 minutes and from Waterloo about 25 minutes.
For those travelling by car, parking will have to be in the street (no problem on Sunday - Dulwich Road near the Herne Hill gate is probably the best place) as access for vehicles is limited to disabled drivers who may enter by the gate in Brockwell Park Gardens on the south side of the Park. If the barrier there is down, there is a telephone nearby to call for assistance.

Catering
An excellent café is situated in the Mansion, which provides both hot and cold meals at reasonable prices. Alternatively, bring your own sandwiches and picnic in the Park!

Looking forward to seeing you there.
